Brief Talk on the Application of Light Material Replacement Technology for Lateral Direction Hole of Embankment in Bump at Bridge-Heading Control

Abstract: With the rapid economic development of coastal areas in China, local highway construction is also booming. Due to the vertical and horizontal of underground rivers in coastal areas of China, soft soil foundation is widely distributed. The uneven settlement of roadbed occurs continuously in the built operational highway. One of the most typical problems is the bumping at the bridge head. This roadbed disease seriously affects the safety and comfort of vehicles. The bumping caused by vehicles passing through the bumping section at the bridge head will further deepen the uneven settlement of roadbed. In the treatment of soft foundation, the settlement of embankment can be treated by transverse orifice diversion on both sides of embankment and replacement of light soil with air bubbles, which can ensure that the existing highway can maintain the diseased sections without enclosed traffic and reduce the economic losses caused by enclosed traffic due to road construction.
